Adele remains at #1 for the 3rd week since its debut. “Hello” has now sold 2.27 million downloads (480,000 this week alone) and it is also the #1 song at radio with the fastest climb to the top in 22 years, since Mariah Carey’s “Dreamlover” also reached #1 on Hot 100 Airplay in 4 weeks. The newly achieved #1 position on the airplay chart also means that Adele has now blocked Drake’s “Hotline Bling” from reaching the top position on two different charts.

Among this week’s new entries on the chart there is Missy Elliott’s “WTF (Where They From)” at #91. The track, which features Pharrell Williams, premiered along with its music video and shot fast into the iTunes top 3.

Chris Stapleton spends another week at #1 selling 97,000 more copies of Traveller. Country music continues to dominate the albums chart: Eric Church climbs to#2 (58,000 copies sold) with his surprise release and Tim McGraw’s debut at #5 with Damn Country Music (39,000 in sales).

The Beatles come back on the chart at #6 with the iconic collection of their greatest hits. The 1 album was re-issued in a veriety of formats, including a set containing the music videos of all the songs. It sold 39,000 copies this week and was up 2,623%.
