The battle between Drake and The Weeknd continues and the gap is getting smaller between the two songs. “Hotline Bling” has now matched the #2 peak of “Best I Ever Had” and is tied as Drake’s biggest Hot 100 hit thus far.

With 109,000 copies sold Janet Jackson earns her 7th #1 album. Her first studio album in 7 years, Unbreakable matches the debut position of 2008’s Discipline (first week sales 181,000). Since 2008 Jackson had only released the collection of hits Number Ones in November of 2009.

Tamar Braxton’s Calling All Lovers is the other top 10 debut of the week at #5. The album sold 38,000 copies, a sharp decline from the 115,000 opening of her second album Love and War in 2013 (#2 debut and peak).
