“Trap Queen” is only the second Rap song to enter the Hot 100 top 10 this year. Thanks to heavy streaming the track has been able to break through. It is also growing fast at Urban radio.

116,000 copies sold were not enought for Madonna to get to the #1 spot this week. Although her set, Rebel Heart, is this week’s top selling album by a few thousand copies (thanks to months worth of pre-orders, heavy promotion and concert ticket bundles), the season 1 Empire Soundtrack snatched the top spot thanks to streaming services. The undisputed #1 show of the past couple of months celebrates another triumph.
